24 weeks- 6 MONTHS!

Im two days late..

But..

Im 24 Weeks :)

and our Kruz is the size of a..

SUBWAY FOOTLONG!

holy guacamole.. 

:) 

But..

We went to the doctor yesterday..

on Wednesday..

and he gave us an ultrasound to see what our baby boy was measuring at..

If you aren't sure what in the world I am talking about..

This whole time we dont know how this pregnancy came about..

So.. 

We have no idea really how far along I am..

This little boy will just come one day..

HOPEFULLY ;)

But.. They have changed my due date about 3 times..

and so..

The doc said that I am measuring a week earlier. 

So I should be 25 weeks.. 

But then he said..

This little boy will probably come between 

Nov. 5th- Nov. 13th..

I hate not knowing..

It makes me nervous.

But... 

Hey.. As long as my little boy is healthy, I am good with anything..

 oh.. and he weighs 1.6 pounds..

He is almost a two pound baby boy!

PRECIOUS!

So Fielding was home Sun-today..

Kruz really liked that..

actually he loved it.

He would sit there and kick fieldings hand, and arms..

and let me tell you..

It was like the first real time Fielding has ever really felt him. 

:) 

IT WAS PRECIOUS.!

Then Fielding would do this cute little tickle thing to my belly and laugh.

haha. 

SUCH A DORK..

but he is going to be an awesome daddy one day. 

Last night we took maternity pictures..

with our friends the Muirs.

I'm pretty excited to see how they turned out..

I had a pretty rough day yesterday.

My stomach has grown so much these last few weeks that when I look in the mirror

I feel HUGE!

  But.. I just remind myself that my baby obviously needs all that room.

and well..

anything for my son. :) 

So.. 

Fielding read the first bedtime story every too.

:) 

I didn't get pictures because well.. 

Not gonna lie.. I was enjoying laying in bed getting read to..

but..

We are going to miss Fielding.

Kruz has been moving non stop since he left 3 hours ago.. 

I think maybe he is throwing a fit,

or.. 

he thinks its time to party :) 

anyways. Sorry for the lame update.. 

But I have to run to be with my 

family <3 

oh.. and..

MY WEDDING RING DOESN'T FIT NO MORE.. 

:/ 

So.. I now get quite the looks from people.

:)

But.. Only Kruz and I know that we have a wonderful man on the sidelines :)

23 WEEKS!, Busy summer days, and A LOT OF INFO.

Today I am 23 Weeks! 

:)

and as I was doing my research on how big

my lil man Kruz is.. 

I found out a lot of interesting things. :)

My lil mans eyebrows are visible. 

He can successfully suck. 

Bones in the middle ear harden..

Thanks to a fully developed inner ear, 

he now has a sense whether he is upside- down or right side up..

His skin pigment is now forming..

and he is proportioned like a newborn except he is a thinner

version of a newborn since his baby fat hasn't quite kicked in yet. 

If Kruz was born now..

He would have a 20% chance of survival,

the odds going up with each passing day..

So.. I guess I will just have to bake him longer :)

Quite interesting I might say.. 

and then I found a website that said.. 

Kruz is the size and shape of a small doll..

HOW PRECIOUS IS THAT!!

This week I am going to begin some serious weight gain, 

and my baby's weight in the next four weeks alone will double.

: / 

Not too sure if I like the first part of that.. 

but hey.. bring on the poundage. ;)

and.. it also said.. 

By now you can also hear the heart through a standard stethoscope.. 

CRAZY!

Im going to try it. :)
  

So.. After all my research and reading about what 

my lil man is doing this week..

I found out..

He is about the size and weight of a..

    HARRY POTTER BOOK??

True that home skillet. :)

I had to do that..

Bring a little "potter" in his veins.

So this week is going to be a busy one..

I have a family reunion that starts Thursday,

but I am heading up tomorrow

in Park City, Utah..

and then.. 

I am leaving a little early to pick my 

awesome husband and Kruz's favorite daddy

from the airport and get to spend 

FOUR stinking days with him..

and then.. We get to see our lil man on Wednesday

AWESOME!

SO.. Hope all of you guys have a great week.

I have to run to finish laundry, 

and packing before my big trip.

  

22 Weeks, and lots of walks..

Today, I am 22 weeks..

and Kruz is the size of a...

Papaya :)

Kruz is roughly 11 inches long and almost a pound. 

Although, we know he is bigger.. but hey.. 

he's a happy lil guy in there..

Baby Kruz's taste buds are developing this week 

and his sense of touch is now developed. 

Babies at this stage may use there new found awareness of touch to reach

 for and grab things in utero, including the umbilical cord.

 Most of the babies facial features are fully developed now, including hair and eyebrows! AND....baby Kruz can hear us. 

He can recognize our voices and even familiar songs and books we sing and read to him. 

21 Weeks, 5 days :)

This last week he has been moving around a lot more than usual..

I feel him all throughout the day,

and then when I try to go to sleep at night..

What a cutie..

and when I put Fielding on speaker phone..

ALL movement STOPS!!

and when I hang up..

He starts up all over again..

He is a little turkey.. haha :) 

He must just love his daddys voice :)

 but.. sometimes it causes me to feel a little nauseous..

Like I have motion sickness.

 :)

I cant wait to meet this handsome feller in 18 short weeks. 

So.. Now that I am in Idaho,

I promised myself I would get up and walk every morning..

ITS GOING AWESOMELY.

Its still cool here in the mornings,

so its refreshing..

:)

and hopefully it will help me stay a little in shape.

I tried to walk in Louisiana,

but it was impossible without getting sick because of the heat and humidity.

We miss Fielding a lot..

but hey.. 

thank heavens for 

FACETIME! :)

I finally went shopping for maternity clothes..
(I have kinda put it off, seeing how a lot of stores have their maternity in the plus size section..)
but I got a few new CUTE outfits..
and hopefully I will wear them this week so I can take pictures,
and show you all :)

 

Late Post, 21 Weeks, IDAHO, Goodbyes

Alright.. This post is about 5 days late.. 

But I am in my 21st week :)

and Kruz is the size of a.. 

Kruz's eyelids have finished forming this week,

 and he is very busy moving around and swallowing amniotic fluid. 

 As Kruz swallows amniotic fluid, his digestive tract is continuing to mature. 

Kruz is also receiving some of the caloric intake from the amniotic fluid. 

:) 

How far along? 21 Weeks
Maternity clothes? Yes.. :) But still some pony tails.
Best moment this week: KICKING! :)

 Miss Anything? Nothing really..

 Movement: More throughout the day now.. 

but its like full kicks to my guts, instead of my stomach.
Food Cravings: Pizza, spaghetti, and mongolian grill
Anything making you queasy or sick: Everything that smells.

 Labor Signs: NO! haha. and hopefully none for awhile. :)
Symptoms: I dont really have any symptoms except for the normal exhaustion..
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy of course :)
Looking forward to: 19 more weeks until this baby decides to join us :)

 So.. We left Louisiana Friday night.. 

and got to Idaho Sunday morning at like 5. 

We slept most of Sunday, 

and on Monday we woke right up and found a doctor

and hospital..

It feels so nice to finally have that figured out. 

 The doctor checked everything,

and said everything looked good and I go in again on Aug. 1st. :)

and they are going to do an ultrasound.

 So anyways.. Tuesday my step sister Calais came down..

and we spent time with her.. Having a party of course.

and then on Wednesday it was AMERICA PARTY TIME!

We woke up early, and went to a Fireman Breakfast with Fieldings parents..

and then went to the Rexburg Parade.. 

After the Parade we ate at a chinese restaurant and then headed up to Rigby.

In Rigby we met up with my parents, and went boating. 

It was awesomely fun..

but hurt quite a bit on all the waves. haha.

**Dont worry too much on the quality of the pictures.. 

My phone was having some heat flashes** :)

 My mom and Calais jumping together into the ice cold water..

 They both went on the tube :)

Fielding thought he was so cool riding one handed..

haha.

What a stud. 

 I didn't get a better picture of Fielding because my mom was taking the picture.. he was having quite a wild ride and I had to ball up so my stomach wasn't shaking so bad.. haha. 

and well.. My mom wasn't really paying attention to where she was shooting the picture..

Lets just say I have a lot of pictures of sage brush,

and random waves ;)

After boating we went to a fireman BBQ with my parents..

(Fieldings dad is the assistant Chief of the firestation.. and my step dad is a paramedic/firefighter..)

So we do quite a bit of things with firefighters.. haha. 

but anyways.. we had a BBQ and then watched the Idaho Falls fireworks..

It was amazing where we were sitting because the full moon was in the background of all the fireworks..

AMAZING!

Anyways.. We came home around midnight, and hit the sack..

My sister Kyra came down the next morning. 

Her and her husband are going on a 'couples retreat.."

 and so we watched their son Asher until my mom got off..

and again yesterday.. :)

He is a cutie pants..

and then..

This morning.. 

we woke up BRIGHT AND EARLY and I sent Fielding on his way..

He is going back to Louisiana for 2 weeks and then up to Canada.. 

I am going to miss him mucho much.. : / 

but.. 

thank heavens for facetime <3
